Yes but as far as I can tell this is the right one, as the bearing carrier points up and rearward

Just read that link, and something Adrian said made me think, thats the side that had the mk2 ARB mount welded on, so maybe is a little warped.

Bit of an update, I made a bracket to straighten the bottom wishbone,( same as Tvrbeavers). I bent it by 5mm but when I put it back it made absolutely no difference, so where am I going wrong? Both sides are the same, could it be the top wishbones that need bending?

I seem to remember when I did mine years ago that the top rear wishbones are extremely flexible.

Bolt the whole lot together loosely and then tighten up.

The bottom wishbone is not flexible and stays in the correct position. The hub upright carrier bolts in an upright position and you cannot go wrong with them. You will find that the top wishbone won't easily line up but it does bend and flex.
Bolt the top wishbone to the chassis and you should be able to flex it and bolt it to the hub carrier .

That's basically how I did it but getting the top of the upright into the top wish bone was a real struggle, both sides have the same issue by the same amount, I'm wondering if the tops can be bent to fit

What position is the toe adjuster in?
Winding it in or out will affect the alignment of that top mount.

I've tried it in and out and halfway it didn't change the position. The top mount needs to move clockwise about 5mm. All the bolts loose and nothing seems to allow it to sit centrally in the upper wishbone, if it was just one side I'd have thought it maybe bent but both side are exactly the same and nothing I do seems to change anything

Probably a silly question, Are the hub carriers handed?

Yes they are handed there are fixings for the hub carriers which have to go in one position.
I've just been out to the garage for a sanity check, if I take out all the thrust washers I can get it to line up but the bottom chassis to wishbone bolts are pushed up tight against the rear most brackets

Check the straightness of the top wishbones, they might have been bent during blasting but I don't it.

All bolts are loose and the toe adjuster has been slackened of so the nut is at the end of the thread.
The first photo is the top wishbone equally spaced with the correct washers in place.



The next 2 photo show the bottom wishbone to upright with equal gaps for thrust washers





Then the next two show the toe adjuster and rear bottom mounts, which are pushed right over to the right.





When looking closely at the top wish bone to chassis mounts the piece of tube which holds the bush next to the shock doesn't look 100% straight so this could be my problem. It's weird how both side have the same problem.
