Well this week saw the antiknock system setup, very impressive with individual cylinder knock control, also did another map tweeks, runs fantastic, however high intake temps and a inter cooler that isn't working very well has cost horses along with the blower needing a larger pulley, however the main thing is the torques !!!

Great figures Nigel, what size pulley are you using?

Running a 85mm pulley , however the charger is slipping too early so may try a 90 , mind you I'll never take it to max rpm so kind of wondering what's the point

That's the same as I use but I've got a C30. The extra boost it puts out is nice but it's 120 degrees at redline. I wish I'd gone for a C38 now and used a bigger pulley. Are you done now then as far as engine mods?

Yeah pretty much, got to fit a water /oil cooler to clear the space in front of the intercooler, i do think that the rotrex isn't really up to the job of providing enough boost as I am running a c38-91, I have a new c38-81 in a box too !! Love to have explored a procharger but as it is it's a superb car to drive and really wouldn't want anymore power or torques

i looked into procharger problem with the bigger blower is the massive gearbox not easy to find room beside the engine and not foul the exhaust plus very noisy

Wow that is impressive. I have the C38-61 on my Griff 500 just waiting to get it set up properly by Mark Adams not expecting anything like those figure though.

I am taking my puny 315 bhp and 353 torques to Cadwell Park on Wednesday 24th August if any of you high powered geezers would care to show me how much faster your kit is around the 15 corners?
MSV track day, still space left last time I looked.
