One vital question I need answering is; Is the 4.5 Chimaera engine a 4.6 from the P38 Range Rover?

I'm trying to order parts from Real Steel and having an issue with which gasket set to use. They don't do the 4.6/ Only the 3.5/3.9 Rover V8 gasket sets.
