Great venue,,,, both of them
It always brings a smile listening and seeing other TVR's in action.
Great company and I'm glad we braved the slippery roads.

A few more degrees warmer and we'd have have had a beaut, nothing like Tvr's rumbling along on a fresh morning through some sleepy village, stops the locals in their tracks, great crac.

Nice to meet you all today, keep on keeping on smile

That was great to meet everyone yesterday, ideal weather conditions too. Next time i'll endeavour to make sure the place that I suggest is actually going to be open first! hehe

Agree with ou both although it was quite handy it being shut ideal time for chin wag followed by a run out to Charwalton and some grub and a further chin wag. Ideal jaunt well planned you.

it gave us the chance to have a little hoon in between smile
Pity I got stuck behind the Golf, over time I've come to regard the earlier Chim boot lines as a bit epic so following your car was very enjoyable Dave.

It's only when your on public roads with other Tvr's do you actually get to see them as others do, oh by feck are these mad looking cars, I had the lines of an early boot in front of me and the Chim bonnet lines behind me, it's more intimidating than you might imagine hehe

The sound is possibly the biggest spectacle, hearing other Tvr's is always so enjoyable, they sound so different from within the cockpit, other cars confirm how good yours sounds, there's no question there's not a bad sounding Tvr out there. thumbup

Yes, it was a good little mini-meet. Interesting to see variations on the same theme- brakes, radiators, spark plugs(!!).
Glad you all liked the Fox and Hounds plus the very tolerant ladies got somewhere to warm up.

Totally agree Alun about how you really appreciate the noise/presence of the TVRs when you are driving in a group of them- you get used to simply seeing the same 'cockpit' view- so its good to get to see/hear what others do! I'm gutted I didnt get around to having a proper look at yours- I need to correct that soon, it's amazing and then I saw the spec on your profile! yikes

Definitely a good shout on the pub, although the ladies were actually far more than tolerant- my other half is quite a petrolhead (from a VERY petrolhead family!) and has already asked when we are doing it again- she loved the Griff. She actually has her own 2-seat soft top, even if it is only a Mini-roadster... She has designs on getting her Mum's MG Midget back on the road though biggrin

Also Nick's wife loves driving the Mustang whenever she can prise the keys off of him... hehe Both of them really enjoyed it though- definitely keepers!
