Doors Locking but not unlocking & immobiliser not paired

Hi all,

My doors will lock but not unlock so i'm suspecting a faulty relay which i'll try and solve later this evening.

I'm also having the issue, however, that the key fob arms and disarms the alarm but i still need to use the immobiliser fob to disarm the immobiliser.

Is there any easy way of re-pairing them or is this new alarm time ?
