Yep, true.... Tecalemit ... three gens at least!
I think were the ones that the classic cars / bikes owners used because their size meant they could be kept in the boot./ saddlebags... along with the rest of the tool kit required !!

redcard Spelling, my bad, you Sir are correct!
It's old alright, the piston is cork! Added bonus, they don't weep as the only spring in it is there to return the plunger, not pre-load the grease. yes
Can't believe we're having a two pager on the relative virtues of grease guns! nerdnerdnerd

I was just planning on using the tub of cv grease that I have left over unless anyone has a better suggestion, which is likely considering some of my recent questions hehe

It's normal to use a "Multi purpose grease" for anything with a grease nipple (trunnions excepted), I guess if "Moly" grease is good enough for the pounding it takes in CV joints it should be ok for a UJ ?
