Chaps - hi,

Any idea what DB reading a 4ltr with standard exhaust and decat would read? Obviously it is influenced by atmospheric conditions but I'm looking for an 'indication'

Cheers,

Ollie.

T350 used to record 98dB measured 1m fron and at 45 deg to the exhaust. 5000 rpm I think at tvrcc track days.

My 4.3 T350 is de-catted but also has an ACT rear box so will be louder than yours, however at a 1m distance it clocks just under 132db.
That said all the volume is outside, easily bearable in the cabin smile
