Chimeara ice

Hi all
Just to ask if anyone has already fitted or knows if it will fit ? that is the pioneer avh z7200dab ice system
It’s the one with the motorised pop out screen . Is the din space deep enough and will the gear stick affect the pop out action please ?

Hmm, I'm gonna say that my gut tells me you may struggle. Not sure if this will help but...

This is the Kenwood unit I have.







As the second pic shows there is very little clearance when its sliding out. Where I think you may struggle is that the unit you're looking at appears to have half the front face emerge whereas the unit I have has only the top 20% or so of the face come out. The pioneer 'might' contact the gear knob and if it doesn't its gonna with millimetres to spare.

The third pic has the car in 3rd gear so theres plenty of room from that perspective.

Hopefully someone else may have tried this/has one fitted and can absolutely confirm.

It’s definitely food for thought
It may well fit , I’m just not sure if I should take the chance or not as the unit is quite expensive

I have this unit in my Chim. It does fit although it protrudes a little, it works well. Obviously it covers the heater controls when deployed but is manageable as it can be left hidden unless maps is required. I don't have a picture of it open unfortunately.
