I took my t350 in for service and was given chim for courtesy car and loved it smooth lovely sounding engine and top came off. However, dealer advised that handling, power and the fact the griff holds it's price better would be the better choice?Love the power of the Tuscan but bit of a pxxxx extension IMHO,Tamora good drive but looks confused.Love the look and sound of the chim but does it have the power of griff???

depends which one you drove. 5tlr cars are basically the same under the skin.

I'm told the chassis is the same on both cars - late models (post 96 IIRC) and the engines are the same too.

I think the Chim's suspension is more "tuned for comfort" than the Griff's so you won't lose as many fillings as the average Griff driver.

Both are f'king excellent cars IMHO so buy the one you prefer the look of!

Edited to say... T350C ?? fancy PXing for a 97 Chimp 450? (pix in profile)

Depends when they were made, which suspension options etc etc. In my experience, Chimpari have a softer suspension and behaviour compared to Griffs and I believe the body shape does play an importent part. Many have tried to get Griff handling on a Chim and failed.

Best advice is drive them and see which you prefer.
