Looks fine to me (the registration, that is.)

I can get to the website with no problems too.

Just tried, I get:
The following error occurred:
The host name was not found during the DNS lookup. Contact your system administrator if the problem is.not found by retrying the URL. (DNS_HOST_NOT_FOUND)

Bobski - it's true he forgot to renew his domain last year, around that time. I was dealing with him then. I know he did renew it, but it took a while. This subject came up a short while ago as well.

Danielson - mail me for my experience with Rob.

Danny

I recently used Rob (within the last 2 months) to find a 4.5 Chimaera for me.

He was pleasant enough to deal with, although he did need jollying along from time to time. I eventually found a car that Rob inspected for me and am very happy with it.

Personally I thought that the fee he charges, was worth the peace of mind that I have bought a very good car privately. I'd use him again.

His mobile is 07799 142860

I used Rob on the inspection only service. £200 a go.

I got him to inspect 2 cars, the first one I decided to walk away from, and the second one he found quite a few semi-expensive problems!

In the end, I went back to the first car, and bought it for a decent price! Got a few things I need to get sorted (cracked dash, new temp sender unit), plus a couple of under the bonnet things that I know will have to be done at the next service.

If you're like me, someone who's not very mechanically minded, the thought of buying a car like a TVR privately is a bit scarey.

That's not to guarentee nothing will go wrong after you buy it of course! My starter motor started doing the hot start thing on the way home from picking it up!! But at least someone who knows considerably more than me had a look, and highlighted most of problems.

And I saved myself £3-4K over buying through a dealer. So that's my warranty.

All IMHO, of course!!
