I have just ordered the bible so not sure if this is in it or not. Anyway, I had a blown nearside headlight bulb in my 95 chim. Checked here for advice before proceeding to change it, and it said about using fairy liquid etc to lubricate when putting the grill back. However what I also did was to use some string !.

The idea is this if the put string inside the rubber before putting the grill back when you put the grill into possition, by pulling the string forward it pulls the rubber over the grill. It worked for all but one corner which I completed with a screwdriver. It's same principle as is used sometimes when replacing windsreens.

Second tip is do not take the rubber off of the car, I had to rebond it back with silicon, and its a job for many hands.
