Thanks for the good luck wishes. Still no show... will let you know when it arrives. When things have settled a bit we should have a sussex meet?

Hi CosmosChick, good to see another TVRGirl on here - there are quite a few of us, plus PHGirls with other lovely cars You should have read the Girls and their Trevors thread on General TVR stuff, it's more encouraging!! Hope to se you at a PH meet sometime.

Hi Caro and thanks for the welcome. Yes, I feel reassured having spent a little time surfing that there are indeed quite a few PHGirls. Just never seem to see any girlies with their Trevors in my neck of the woods.

Count me in for the meet - perhaps you can keep me posted.

Good thing girls in their TVR's. My wife loves driving ours!! and fast and without PAS and the clutch which doesn't bother her
Always manages to get herself noticed in it, (well she is a bit of top 'TVR Totty' .
We were out the other day waiting impatiently at a roundabout for 2 lorries to go round, started to look at the car, clocked my wife and they nearly didn't make it round the corner
Don't forget girlies have been empowered, Jodie Kidd beat the men round the Top Gear track ,and I can't beat my wife at Super Car Top Trumps!

No regrets so far (all the niggles get fixed under warranty -- won't get that on an 8-year-old TVR!) .

Hi Jessica nice to meet another girlie who enjoys taming "the beast"...Grrrrr...much more fun than the two legged macho variety isnt it?? Then again...maybe not!! Joking apart the guys are grrrreat, no sexist comments only admiration for a lady owning/driving a Trev...so far anyway...and everybody but everybody waves, I love that

I'm way down here in Sussex and I'm feeling kinda lonely still no sightings of girlies in their Trevs yet.

May have done so if I'd known about it sooner but unfortunately I'm committed to another outing that day . Sounds like fun though.

How frustrating - whenever an event like this is on I can never make it.... baby still hasn't shown up but it WILL come this week, which will make next weekend a no no for going out.

However, new baby versus TVR, no contest really. Baby wins!!

Next one though - we'll all be there. Trouble is four into a chimaera doesn't go so it'll be a fight with my wife as to who drives the TVR and who gets the Volvo...

I'm pacing up and down here...when I saw your reply I thought yippEEE baby's arrived but alas NO. I can't stand it any longer, maybe if I take Trev out again and again and again it'll help take my mind off the frustrating wait for some good news...Hmmmm in that case any chance that your wife could hang on for another couple of weeks??

Ah - t1pcs - you're waiting for the baby to 'show up' - that's where you're going totally wrong - you're looking in entirely the wrong area - baby's show down, not up - (unless you're in Oz) - lower your sights a bit - it's probably been crawling round on the living room carpet for the last few weeks!

We finally (after a 10 day delay) had our baby!!

Daniel Michael was born yesterday morning and is a bouncing 8lb 11.5 oz baby boy. All are doing well.

All I now have to do is work out how Kelly, Ben and now Daniel will fit in the Chimaera.... and I can't afford a cerbie (yet..)

Pie on the beach is probably out this weeeknd though...

Paul (and his newly expanded family)

Congratulations , 10 days pah, our youngest was 14 days , 'they come in their own good time' I think the midwives say and 'we'll have to induce you' doctors say, go figure it.
Anyway enjoy them when they are tiny, it really is the best time IMHO.
