Hi BigGriff

Notice you are from Norfolk, You don't happen to have a dark blue Griff I have seen running and sounding very sexy outside your Surrey Street office???

Didn't realise there were any TVR's around that particular company's building. I'm down there most weeks and am yet to see one!

OooH Bitch!!!!
The light goes out once the engine is started.

In our sample 9 out of 10 children prefer a start button. Especially when the writing is milled out of the button and the engineering is superb.

Also in our sample; 4 out of 5 TVR owners are big kids

We liked it

So not quite as good as the Aston one which (apparently) glows blue when you switch on but turns green once teh engine has fired, and I think red when you have killed it! Rich...

p.s. what's this on, a Cerbera?

Only pulling your chain m8.

So, where'd you source the starter button from then. Most of the jap boys seem to go for the S2000 one, but the one in your pic looks a lot better and more in keeping with the TVR.

Call me a ponce if you want, but I am sick of people taking the piss out of my Mk2?? Astra key. Anyone know where you can get a key cut and stuck in a more interesting holder than a 5mm wide piece of square plastic.

Ideally the key bit would glue into a polished alloy style ball thing with TVR embossed on the side.

Sound sad don't I!!!!

My Lotus Elan features a lovely set of Vauxhall Keys too....

Look on the brightside, have you ever seen a Noble Key? Not pretty (Ford Key with the ford logo popped out the plastic head!)

That blue button is on a Chim, I drive a SEAC.

It was sourced at Peninsula; no idea where they got it from, but it is rather excellent!

Now that looks excellent... would you need a seperate circuit from the steering column, or is it just a case of splicing it into the ignition loom somewhere..??

Cheers,
Matt.

It doesn't actually start the engine - just wire it to the battery!

I also ordered one of those keys from TVR and got the reply some weeks later that they are out of stock, so I tried my local dealer (Essex) and he wasn't able to help.

Does anyone know where I can get the key with meta alarm fob.
