Yep that does look good, well done! Have you strengthened those rear arb plates yet? Another thing worth mentioning is your rear toe-in adjusters looks like they have been painted, of course you may have taped them first. Bit of a bugger at the best of times to adjust.
Nice effort 9/10 !!
Posted the question concerning the rear arb plates and was told they dont need strengthening. I can always do them at a later date if the originals fail. You are right about the rear toe adjusters, i had painted them in, and when i tried to adjust they were seized solid. Six hours later both rear wishbones removed and new adjusters fitted, all ready now for the big geometry alignment when finished.Nice effort 9/10 !!

Looking good Tom! Are we nearly ready for a run out then?
Have you done the exhaust mod yet?, would love to hear it sans pre cats and with a straight through bolted on
If you need a hand with anything, give me a shout and I'll pop over
Ithink early next spring is a realistic date for a FIRST blast, and thanks for the offer of help, i may just take you up on that in the futureHave you done the exhaust mod yet?, would love to hear it sans pre cats and with a straight through bolted on

Pics as promised. Envious of all you guys out there what a glorious day for a blast with the roof down. Anyone driving out and about today near stockton heath ,warrington [WA4 6PE] Call in and say hello. [Its a quiet road and i just want the neighbours to get used to the distinct sound of a TVR exhaust, ready for me next year
Well done Tom,
It's been a few months since you showed me around the chassis but nice to see you got her back together, only the minor job of wiring her up again
Hope all that paint wont slow her down! You must keep her and enjoy being a motorist as apposed to a mechanic for a while!
Roughly how much time have you been working on the car each week? I'm not going to be around much over the next few weeks but will at last start my hunt for one of my own (I just hope my chassis doesn't need much/any work).
Did the engine need any work in the end?
Steve.

Cracking thread, and a load of decent pics. If I've still got mine in a few years and some room, I reckon I'll be up for trying this out. Its the only way to really sleep at night eh?!
For now it's solid, although I need to work out how to weld on some new seat belt mouting tabs from the rear riggers with the body on. Or is it possible to lift the rear 6in or so and just unbolt the front?
