I'm really dissapointed.

Over the past three weeks I've covered over 500miles, made lots of noise, double de-clutching at every available opportunity, polished 'Boudica' so that the sun was reflected like a mirror.

The result of all this? Nowt, no one has seen me, no sightings whatsoever. Where are all the PH in the South East?

I've had my car for 2 months now, using it every day that I could, and it took me until last Saturday to see another TVR owner whilst I was driving (M4, near the Swindon services that he turned off into) ... and even then it was dark and though I flashed and waved I didn't get a response that I could see ... probably couldn't see me though.

Hi TT Tim

That's because you need to travel further West into Sussex and then you may be spotted by some of us South Coast lot!

We'd give you a big

I wouldn't be too upset. I've had a Chimaera for over 2 years now and have never been "spotted".

Bugger! I can't make tomorrow, I'm having a Wedding Rehersal in anticipation of the 'real thing' on Friday!

Definately be there next month.

I'm just outside [whisper]Ashford[/whisper] in one of the villages.

I live in Brook, don't like saying Ashford it's such an armpit (no offence to anyone who actually likes Ashford).

Sounds cood to me. Ashford is a tad too close for comfort, at least all the new houses are being built out the other side, down the A28.

I've been driving my Griff around Ashford for the past couple of years and have not seen anyone when I am in it, sods law means that I am always in the missus's car when I do see one, I must go for a blast around Brook to see if I can wake you.
p.s. Every town, and village, has its armpit, I've lived in Willesborough for six years and I quite like it here! Don't know if I would say the same if I lived on an estate of 3,000+ houses though!

Yep, I got that one. In fact Colin was the first person I spoke to.

It was a bit 'tongue-in-cheek' this post, I'm not that upset - really.

Me too - had mine for nearly 2 1/2 years and never had anyone comment on seeing me. Not even once... bugger. Its fairly distinctive and with a private plate too....

Still, I live in hope!
