Just seen one advertised on autotrader a 93 L did not think they made them that early

It seems by these posts that we've all got one! so does that make it ~5000 Chim 500's if we all have one? If anyone wants one, mine will be up for sale next spring - check out my profile. Oh by the way, Mines a '96 P plate so is it one of the earliest? Seems to be!

Correct.. No Way at all.. a 93 L is a 4.0 (or very early a 4.3 at best!?)

When I brought mine, a mere 450, in Nov 2002 - the garage phoned the factory to find out how many Chims had been built that year. They said 16, but didn't say 450/500 numbers.
