Guys n Gals (do lasses drive them too?)

Bought it Saturday, love it already (guys queing up in the office for a lunchtime taster run). Problem.....Its cats and dogs and behind the driver's seat its letting in water.

Bought a cap cover from Halfords which is useless as it comes off overnight during the downpour and left with damp patch still. What do I do before the car starts to smell like cats pee?
