Just dawned on me that now I have changed to 5 stud hubs my space saver spare is redundant.Am I just on the slow side or has anyone else thought of this? The obvious answer being to get a couple of cans of tyreweld and make sure my RAC subs are up to date.

That's what I do. I don't want my lovely large boot filled with wheels. Tents, chairs, beers and food, but not wheels.

Can I have your old spare? Another 2 and I could fit all 4 for that typical E-Type Jag experience!
