Just thought I would share my euro tour pictures with you
Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France ,England.

First day was a drive to Newcastle where we caught the ferry to Amsterdam 15 hours!
Woke up on day two and our plan was to get in to Germany to the Nurburgring
Awesome place and I will head back one day and can also get shell racing 100 RON fuel from the petrol stations near to the ring, the car loved it popped and banged awesome and ran very well on it.
Few hours later arrived

Saw this beast parked up

There was a lot of building work going on and this cool roller coaster which goes over part of the tracks then goes through this shopping/tourist centre .

Next day in we headed to Switzerland stopped over for one night

View from out room

Now the tunnels over here are awesome the longest one was 17km and the sounds in there with the TVR on max chat where awesome i was getting the thumbs up from loads of bikers and other locals.

The next day we headed to Italy to Modena (where Ferrari is)

We went to the Fezza museum Warning raw car porn bellow!

Got caught in a fiat 500 run on really nice Italian mountain roads was great fun true petrol heads as well.

We then raced over to France and spent a couple of nights in Cannes, Nice roller at our hotel and a thunder storm which was wet! But soon dried up

We then headed back to Monaco to have a look

We then spent a couple of nights at my Aunt and uncles in mid west france and lay around there beautiful pool and garden

In the shade

Some of the wildlife

On the ferry heading back to Portsmouth

And my odometer reading when i pulled in to my drive

A Total mileage of 3045miles

Bilko,
I'm hoping to get over for Spa - are you camping or hotel-ing?

Hi m8
we're staying in a mobile home at a campsite called Spa D'Or about 10 mins from the circuit. we stayed there about 6 weeks ago when we went to spa for the "Ardennes challenge classic race". it's a nice site and only 40euro per night at this time of year. we're going to cheer on our m8 Cheng Lim who's racing his cobra there.
there's some pics of the campsite and our trip to spa here, there's also so links to some u tube vids we made of the race http://snaketorque.co.uk/index.php?topic=3464.0

Thanks for taking the effort to post these. Looks like you had a great time. How many days was your trip in total, any problems en-route, did you prepare your car at all or did you just give it a good service?

Has anyone driven to Tromso in Norway? It's something I have been wanting to do for a while (so long as there is a ferry either to or from Tromso to say Bergen as it is probably 1000 miles each way). I will hopefully be in my own Chim soon so this trip may become a reality!

Great post, thanks.

I was hoping to do a scaled down version of your trip with my brother this summer, but a lower back problem means that 1/2hr is all I can take in the TVR for the last couple of months...nightmare!

Your pictures give me hope for next year!!

Cheers.
