Batteries again
Discussion
I seem to have found the answer to the problem of batteries going flat over a period of days. I can now leave my Chimaera for weeks and have it start without having to recharge or jump start.

Cost me about £80 to have fitted.

The blurb say that the alarm activation will not be inhibited. I believe that when the battery becomes isolated it requires 1 activation of electrical demand to reconnect the battery and the second demand will work the electrical system as normal. It certainly seems to work when deactivating the alarm and opening the door locks after the battery has become isolated so it would probably work the alarm as well if triggered. The only problem being that the clock stops and the radio memory dumps.
I think you've got their American website there.
