Recommendations for Chim paint touch up?

It is almost time to get my Chim in tip top condition again, after the neglect I have gave her since moving house (combination of bad weather and busy decorating!)
Can anyone recommend a place in the Gloucestershire area where they can retouch the paintwork/stonechips, and also re furbish/clean the alloy wheels?
