This must be a very dumb question i assume? Can't understand why you're taking the piss so much.
I think people are just having a little fun Rob. It's a totally sensible question that many ask. The top button (sometimes) locks the doors.

Okay, apologies accepted. So the button on the top locks the doors, what does the actual knob do though?

Fantastic video Andy, well edited. This is my new favourite TVR video.

The car sounds immense! I love that charger whine. Have you had it dyno'd at all?

The vids all my brothers handy work, Its not been dyno`d yet as the plan was to do a final map of 21psi pulley on the dyno, The 17psi pulley was live mapped on the road yikes and its bonkers! although not perfect yet. Firstly it spat the bearing out on the idler pulley and stripped the drive belt so I need a new 8rib a.c delete`r pulley, I`ve sourced it to F150 truck but haven`t purchased it yet. Secondly the exhaust has been over heating the starter motor causing it to stick on, and also over heating the power steering fluid in the pump. I made some heat sheilds but to no avail! the sticking starter was the ignition switch! But to cure the power steering its required a complete re-working of the exhaust to move it away from the steering rack, pipes and pump. Currently the H pipe has been binned in favour of an X pipe and its given it a much harder edge sound (I`ll get my brother on with a vid)

Would it sound more like a yank car if you just ran them seperate all the way to the back ? why do you need to join them ?

Hmmm it won't upload my pictures!!
I did consider running single pipes and it would of been super easier and, yeah it would give it that yank v8 unbalance warble. The H pipe is suppose to be a deeper more melow v8 helping low down torque and the X pipe is a harder harsh v8 helping torque higher up the rpm scale. There joined to aid exhaust scavenging and to created endless discussions on forums about how they work or don't work laugh I bought into it

maybe you can switch to EPAS steering? no more fluids to boil there seem to be some 'good' feeling systems.

Any body heard from Jammy Dodger, be interesting to hear about his, presumed finished, project. Like daz it would be good if he could find a way back.

Had mail from him recently, project is on its last knockings?

Given the weather at this time of year and the last bits and pieces, I think it'll be on the road in spring.
