2010 Plus 4 brake drums

Hi a guest has just arrived with us in France and his right rear brake is seized on. We have managed to strip it down and wire-up the pistons. But they have not been working for a while.

As far as I can see they are originally Ford Transit sourced. Please can someone confirm if this is correct so that I can explain to my local garage.
