Most of those pics are computerised illustrations. The show car looks much better in the flesh.

I expect there will be plenty of pics of the actual car on the web later today as the public get first sight of it in a few hours time. It was unveiled next to Maclaren earlier this evening (USA time) at Pebble Beach.

I gathered that but they are better than the black & white sketches. I cant wait to see it as it looks amazing. A modern Morgan! Are Morgan doing what Jaguar did with the XF & XJ?

Some 3D video here http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-10979678

I had registered interest and even have a deposit form. Unfortunately I can see this going well past what I can afford, this is looking seriously premium. Shame for me, but good news for Morgan.

I'm waiting for a photo of it out in the open rather than a photoshop image. Though I have bought lottery tickets for this week! Though first impressions are very favourable smile

My deposit is down. As someone in their early thirties the originals did not appeal in my twenties.

An Aero 8 at Le Mans 2005 won me over.

The Eva GT (is that eeevaah or EE VEE EH?) look a very resolved design at this stage.

Happy to fund the development and await 2012 with interest.

As it is named after the daughter of Charles Morgan, it may be that it is pronounced Ava but spelt Eva.

So am I right in thinking that Charles also has a son called Max who likes bubbly chocolate?

Close. Charles Morgan's son is Maximus. And Maximus' godfather is Prince Eric Sturdza who commissioned the first Aeromax.

If Charles IS going down this road of family names, it can only be a short time before we get the Morgan 'Xan' ( In fact, he 's missed his turn already!

Mind you, he's had better luck than Henry Ford- look what happened to the 'Edsel'

Stunning and seriously considering it wink I wonder will it stay close to the 80-90k range though.

Factory earnestly beleive so, though the actual final pricing will depend on cost of setting up the moulds etc. Based on the factory getting plenty of deposits so far, I would think that amortising the cost over a larger run will help keep the cost in that range. Certainly the stated aim is to keep the price 5 figures rather than 6.

We shall see...

Mrs slinky has been in contact to advise that she's seen a dev. mule in Upton this morning..

Front end heavily camoflaged, rear end was definitely the lovely Kamm tail ..
