Chrome Bumper BGT Wanted

Evening All,
Not sure if this sort of thing is kosher but I'll give it a go anyway. Mods, please do the right thing if necessary.
My Pal is looking for an early (Pre-Leyland) BGT. He's in the South Manchester area and wants a car to restore for use as a daily driver. He can weld, prep and spray and has done any amount of panel work, as well as mechanical stuff. He also knows about rust and filler (how to remove, not add!). It needn't be a driver at the moment.
He's looking to spend three figures on an honest car, and the rose-tinted specs are long gone.
Anything about? If so, please feel free to reply or PM, preferably with pics, etc.
