Just about assembled all the new BMH panels to replace Floorpans, spring hangers, crossmember and all four sill sections. What is the best order of work? Sills first or last? Only have axle stands x 6 to support car, and not long reach ones either.
Sounds a daft question so I hope there's a short answer!

Do one side at a time and work from the outside in as its how the floors and sills assemble, being a great it shouldn't sag but do try to support it as much as possible.

Just to clarify that comment as I can see it being misunderstood.

Chop the sill out then work back till you get to solid metal, then start building back out again.

I'd want to brace the car if cutting all that lot out.

Hi Guys and many thanks for your replies. Unfortunately the project proved too daunting due to advanced chassis rail rot and I've now got a buyer. Another exciting MG project is looming so I'll be back with news when that happens.
