How to remove MG ZS Heater gubbins

Hi guys,

I am tracking down a leak and could really do with removing the heater stuff from under the dash in the passenger footwell however I am unsure if it can be done with the dash in place.

I would like to get it to the stage of this guys honda. http://www.ek9.org/index.php?threads/passenger-sid...

Instead of that white heater in the honda I have this
