I'll let you know once I've tried it. But there's no reason not to heat the engine up with the coolant. If you don't you'll have to run it even if you heat the tank of oil up.

For oil, I like Silkolene (PRO 4 15w-50 Full Synthetic Ester 4-Stroke Engine Oil For All High Performance Motorcycles). There's the Shell equivalent too (and probably others).

For an SR4, I have an as new, completely refurbed chassis, should you need one!
