Well after badgering Trevor about various Radicals for the last few months I finally got myself one.It arrived today and Iam really looking forward to having a go in it. No doubt I will have various questions to ask and look forward to joining in the racing scene.

what is the best stuff for lubricating the chain. I have an account with Wurth and the rep has said that there HHS Lube and dry lube is good stuff http://www.wurth.co.uk/search/hhs+lube any advice welcome.

Lee, I use the Wurth dry chain lube on the car and my bikes. Good product and little/no "fling" covering your car in cr@p.

Fuchs/Silkolene Titanium Gel every time. It can cause a bit of mess if you overdo it, but I can live with that ................

Radical used that no-mess clear Wurth stuff on ours (can't recall which particular one) and I genuinely believe it was a major contributory factor in us needing a new chain AND front AND rear sprockets the next time out.

Interesting! I may have had a similar scenario....

I use the black can one Lee - good price that - I think the dri gel version is relatively new and I haven't yet used that, but as I have real confidence in Fuchs/Silkolene products (as do Radical having gone back to them after a short defection to Shell stuff) I might well try it when I next need to buy some - I bought a box of 12 about four years ago and I'm still working my way through it!

Cheers

Try it on your toast in the morning Trev - you'll soon get through it.
