SR3 1500 engine for sale

Hi all,

I have decided to sell my 1500 PowerTec engine to make room for something else. Its only done 2hrs use since fitted by Radical to my SR3 last Summer, still has the PowerTec seal.

Comes complete with new exhaust headers (plus spares), collector, race silencer and a track day silencer.

The MBE and Injection is not included sorry.

This is a well cared for engine, not over rev'd and oil / filter changes after each use. Can be heard running in car. I am open to sensible offers.

is it a new engine 2005 or a rebuilt one with 2 hrs on it.how old is it and what all did powertec do to it when and if it was rebuilt.
what price are you hopeing to get for it

I'm based Bridgend and would like to see the SR3 in action.

Would be interested in your opinion on reliability and maintenance requirements.

Finally! Is there any racing at Pembrey over the bank holiday weekend?

Hi John,

I have often tracked at Llandow in both my SR3 and my Darrian. I won't be out in Pembrey until mid-June now as the SR3 is in bits getting refreshed and I am in the process of going supercharger with a new powerplant which should be interesting.

I am not aware of any racing at Pembrey over this weekend although I do know that the WRDA Sports & Saloons are having a double header on the 13th + 14th May and that the Radical Championship Racing is there on the 27th May.

...Aerial Atom eh....guess you're not the typical Sunday driver then...?!..have you taken it on the track yet?
