My other choice, as I needed 4 seats now, would of been a cerbera, but I think I had just had enough of TVR. How do you find them, very different cars ?

Many thanks to all those who came along to the XKECs SUMMER SHOW & SHINE event on Saturday at Beaulieu Motor Museum in Hampshire. Eighty XKs were on display at the event including the James Bond Villian XKR from "Die Another Day" and also some XKs kindly provided by local Jaguar Dealership HA Fox Southampton. A great venue and great weather was enjoyed by all. This event will be held again in 2013. For more details on XKEC and their events see www.xkec.co.uk

We have just one week to go now until our 2013 national gathering which will this year take place on Saturday 4th May 2013 at Warwick Castle in Warwickshire.
In celebration of our clubs 10th anniversary in 2013 the event will be a very special one that will be open to all Jaguar owners (not just XKs) and the show will be open between 10am to 4pm. There will be 150-200 XKs present as well as a special "XK Timeline" display relating to all the various models produced from 1996 to the present day. Also present will be various trade stands, dealership displays and many other display attractions including many older Jaguars as well as the new XF Sportbrake, XKR-S and the brand new V8 F-Type S. Also present will be the James Bond Villian XKR and the Austin Powers Shaguar XK8. Cost is £20 per car (based on two people sharing, Eg: £10 per person and its pay on arrival on the day).
So if you have a Jaguar and want to come along and enjoy a great day out please do so, you'll be more than welcome. Directions: The Castle is well signposted, and less than two miles from junction 15 of the M40.
