I just bought this for £700 a couple of days ago
It's my first car (other than driving my mums fiesta)
Love it but it does need some work, which scares me as a poor student!

4.5 hour wash, clay bar, swirl cut, polish and wax. Excuse the immigrants in the wheel arches (self adjusting gayness when going slow over bumps).

Lovely, and no one ever has to apologise for posting an E-type too many times! what colour is that? S1 is it 4.2 or 3.8?

Stunning.

Had our XJ 2.7d Sovereign LWB a couple of months now

Fabulous car, a lovely place to be with the long wheel base and the read DVDs, even the Mrs enjoys long journeys now!

That F-type looks fantastic.

On a more modest level, I bought this today...

Thanks! They're Perseus 20" wheels. They look good, but the cost of replacing the tyres is a scary prospect!

^ very nice!

My XK meeting its XKE Grandad (also a '69) by chance yesterday. A lovely Ex-US model, now converted to UK spec/RHD/triple SU carbs etc etc and used regularly - marvellous!
