Possible downsize from a C63 to an XF - What do I look for?

I have a 3.0d S and have been very impressed with it. There's plenty of torque and it manages to rev well and sound good in a way no other diesel I've owned did.
I think a remap would add plenty more power and torque beneath the curves midrange and improve throttle response no end. A gearbox software upgrade is supposed to make quite a difference to drivability as well. It still won't be a c63 AMG (but even the diesel looks better, especially on 20s in a good colour. Sorry but it does).
I find it a little cumbersome and prone to body roll in the corners but then my other car is a Noble M400 so that applies to anything else with 4 wheels pretty much. A set of Eibachs might address this to an extent (I know - "It's a Jaaaaggg"... etc.) Just my tuppence.
