XJ Sport Manual Conversion?

Hi people, new to the forum, glad to be a part of this wealth of information.

I have a project on the go concerning a 1998 XJ Sport. I would like to convert this to a manual gearbox. Is this possible and if so what other Jaguars gearbox will fit?

By the way, it's a 3.2l V8.

No, not unless you want to pay much more for the modification than you did for the car.

Try hunting back through this forum for the tails of NormalD converting his XKR to a manual box.

The cheapest approach would be to switch from your X308 to an X300 which could be had as a manual.
