'97 Fiesta with 17000 miles on clock

This isn't an ad, the car belongs to a young lady that works in my local pub, she's thinking of selling the car but has no idea of its value...

it's a red three door 1.3 LX on a P reg, 2 previous owners, 17K genuine miles and FSH...

Future classic if the miles stay low? just looking for some guidance as it's a cracking little motor and I don't want to see her ripped off...
