Xk8 window problem

Hi all
Can anyone throw any light here. My windows lost their memory following battery disconnected re programmed all OK. Driver window then just kept going down each time handle was operated. I tried to programme again but window will not come back up at all I can hear a faint click inside the door but no movement any help please

If you have already tried to re-set the window then it might be a door latch problem. Had a similar problem on mine and it cost around £120 (part and labour)to replace with a new door latch.

Have you made sure the battery has sufficient charge?
I've seen odd behaviour with a low battery voltage.
