XKR won't start?

Anybody had a problem with a new model XKR viz it wont respond to the Start button? Just curious.

I've never even been in one, but it's apparently a common problem as it's been reported in EVO a few times. There was a trick for getting around it which I can't remember, but it might have been pressing the start button before pressing the brake.

I saw it on an XK that I had for a few days last year but never on my XKR. If it's the same problem as I saw when you press the brake and press the start button it went into the first mode where everything powers up but the engine didn't start. All I did was leave it for a few mins and try again and it usually worked.

I hope mine will not have that problem. If a car that is 86k+ does not start I am really going to be mad. Has this been reported a lot?

I really hope my XKR turns out like yours. I really want it to not have any unseen problems. It just really would irritate me if my friends with civic Si's outlast my 70k more jag.
