XJ, what the ****?

I used to sell Jags, in fact, pretty much for the forumaltive part of my career. By christ I loved the X350 when it was launched and i'd literally beat to death anyone who even suggested the 7 series or S class was a superior car. HOWEVER; I saw an absolute abomination on the road earlier today, it was a 57 plate XJ with what can only be described as a hyundai body kit.......!!

Apparently this is standard now??

When I first saw at at Goodwood last year, I thought this was the beginning of the end for Jaguar. I hated it and thought a botox job too far, BUT it has grown on me and I really like it now. it makes the pre-bumper cars look real old fashioned now.

I now think Jaguar have got a good feel for future trends.

Unfortunately not in the end, found one close to home in the exact spec I was after. Gets better each day I have it.

Stunning - Grace, Pace and Space - exactly as it should be. Am appalled at the front end of the latest XJ. Still, when I lay my hands on the right x300 XJ12 I can look at these mingers and feel superior. Hurray!
