Be interested if anyone has had a recent PCH quote from Phil. Left a message and email to see if he can better Leaseplan.

Thanks.

On a lease?

Price of sunroof devided by term, dont forget to take deposit into account too so usually divide the cost by 29 if doing 6 month deposit.

To throw more into the mix, my friend and I did some tests vs his 335d X-drive. He has slightly quicker launches, however mid-range is identical, and then I pull away at the top end. Completely different cars, but similar power, so depends on circumstances smile.
No surprise there other than the Golf losing the start. With all that diesel torque in the 335d would have thought he'd bog it down. Hi performance diesels are phenominal these days, especially the BMW variants. easily give a not that old performance petrol a good run for their money. Shame they all run out of puff at about 5000rpm.

If price wasn't an issue, I'd have the 335d XD over my M135i or Golf R.

He didn't use launch control though in the R smile

If u do want to order now be prepared for a wait until possibly Jan would you be happy with that ? Best to think it through before you place your order...

New build/delivery dates are now 5 months due to "re-scheduling" at factory

Wow that's crazy waiting times. However gives time to get rid of my current car.

The initial orders with Phil are on track, buy that i mean orders confirmed around June/July 1st week. They are all on schedule for around Week 36-Week 38 completion no changes. It was only after this that orders have been given these delay notifications. I hope it gets resolved soon for all concerned

I'd guess it is all part of their plan to shake a few more people out of the tree by giving them a reason to cancel.

Maybe me just being cynical.
