Okay, since you asked smile. It's a good one.

We're getting our Golf R next week. The one we ordered in June. And we're getting it for ....£232 per month.

Now, isn't that positive?! smile
Have you got your R now ?

£232.00 per month... sounds good, is that based on two years (6 + 23)

Tuesday smile Would have been Monday but for bank holiday or could have picked up today...not an option from Scotland! Will post pics when we get it. Last weekend with the old S4, will miss it, built like a tank but handles like a pig on roller skates.

I've only just come across this thread after seeing the lease prices increase recently. Can anyone recommend a lease company for a good deal on an R?

Thanks
Chris

Not sure if I'm allowed to name the company, but best I can find is :

23 x 225.98 = 5197.54 + 1800 = 6977.54 + 180 = 7177.54

Base Spec / 5000 mpa
I'm sure u can name the company, as long as it's not you company!

Excess mileage fee? Will they check mid-term on mileage also, and adjust payments accordingly?

Thanks guys. National vehicle solutions looks interesting. Good quote on their site. Will reach out to them in the week to discuss. I've never leased a car before so need to look at the detail.

No, I think its just a case of them charging 10p for every mile over 10000 at the end of the contract.

If I have this in writing I reckon i'd jump on one of these as a 'boring' daily. I know they're getting slated right, left and centre but for what they are (a decent spec'd quick Golf) I think they're a good deal smile Thanks for the info!

That's what NVS told me when I asked what their "PCH Conditions apply" line was about...

That may explain the pricing, but they can't get away with that now as it is all out in the open. If you say i don't have any of that information then what do they offer ? i expect similar to the rest of us got from Arval
