Just secured Red Golf R 5 door DSG for June delivery 8K miles pa, 2 years £250 /month inc vat with £2500 deposit inc VAT

Weren't they on 6 month lead time back then? In which case it won't leave factory until April at the earliest

Depends on the dealer - i ordered mine on the 30th october and its here

My finance docs seems to disagree.

The main contract says 20k miles with 10k pa and then there is a little doc at the end saying 10k miles for the contract.

Sure it's an error as all the legal bit has 20k miles total on.

In other news, has anyone tried using spotify with their iPhone 6? Successful?

Other half has an iPhone 6 i have the 5s

Both stream spotify faultlessly with the ability to pause, track forward/backwards via the headunit/steering wheel controls

If you use the USB connector though its a completely different story - you will only be able to access music that is physically stored on the phone in iTunes. (so not even spotify premium with offline playlists)

My recommendation is - Large capacity SD card in the media slot in glovebox. forget about it and enjoy

Failing that, maybe a cheap iPod that you can hide away in the cubby hole where the lead is.
