I missed these offers but wondering how does the current G2L Personal lease compare to previous deals that have been and gone?
24 Month Contract
6+23 Payment Profile
Initial Payment = £1475.94 (Excl. VAT)
Administration fee = £150.00(Excl. VAT)
8,000 miles per annum
Solid Paint
£295.14 including vat for fully maintained.
I've been looking at BMW 320d M Sports recently, nice cars but a bit low on power for my liking and although I've never driven the R it looks like my idea of a perfect family car!
Around 70 a month or so more that the deal I got in October but I'm not having it maintained. Only plan to service it once if I have to.. Plus I'm not paying an admin fee.24 Month Contract

I haven't been following it, but just checked my tracker out of interest and my R is at stage 6/7, in the uk. Pretty gutted though as my current company car doesn't go back until end of May so even if the Golf arrives at the dealers next week, I've still got over two months to go
Simply cannot wait to get my hands on this thing and am even considering paying to get rid of my 320D so I can get into the Golf sooner. But I have to be strong...

Are you turning left onto Gooshays Drive? Coming from Gallows corner?
that is exactly what i was doing you local ?
Just back from a 1 degree c country lane blast. This car so far never fails to excite and make me want to take the long way to everywhere!
Really fun to drive and I'm loving the manual.
There may be faster cars out there but this just "works" perfectly on our UK roads and is the exact amount of everything for me. Fast/fun/safe/confidence inspiring.
Always feels like it's on rails and most of all never feel like I'm going to end up I a ditch. It's a real weapon.

I signed my finance Docs today and noticed that it said first reg date 16/3/15. I've not got a car at the moment because a garage was keen to purchase my FN2 so I reluctantly sauntered into Enterprise and rented a Hyundai i20. It's st, hurry up Golf.

Still waiting for a confirmed BW. I phoned VWCS 2 weeks ago and they said it was unconfirmed BW16, phoned again today and now it has gone back to unconfirmed BW 18. Not happy....ordered 27th October!!
I ordered a day after you. Birmingham dealer. White, 5 door, DSG. VWCS mistakenly told me BW6 (which I didnt believe) and have since then quoted BW14 and recently moved it to an indicative BW15. I am expecting an email / SMS this weekend or the weekend after confirming my BW. If it is 15 then I assume the car will be with me sometime in mid May. 7 months almost. I assume the BW cant be any earlier than 15 now and so the risk is it will be later. At least we will still have our cars when everyone else is handing theirs back. Gazzab said:

Did you go direct (except theboss)? Sounds like the dealers had already filled their allocation for many months. I guess that's one of the benefits of brokers who can speak to all the dealers.
I ordered 31st October and had BW9, will be here in a couple of weeks.
Shame about Top Gear - Had Golf R v NotImpreza on it this Sunday

There is also luck of the draw for jumping on cancelations that are already being built I ordered 31st October and had BW9, will be here in a couple of weeks.
i went direct with VW via cheltenham VW and they had a demo car on order same spec as mine so they swapped order numbers and i got the demo car - brought the delivery date forward around a month.
Happy days for me.
had it since October and have already put on over 5000 miles.
