Mine is in BW12 (ordered 13th Oct) which i believe should have been last week - although it looks like i might be in for a bit of a wait to be delivered so I think i'll hang onto the BMW for now before it VT it 
I've noticed quite a few of these appearing in the station car-park recently in every colour apart from red. The black looks the best IMO, and i do slightly regret sticking with red, however it feels right that i should complete the fleet in the car-park.

Hmm that's not so great then!!However, my sister got her Stage 5 text/email on 5th March and she collects her car on Friday?? ...that said, it'd be typical for a bottleneck to occur just after hers had slipped over the water to the UK, haha.

I ordered mine on November 3rd... my sister ordered on October 31st but managed to get a current build slot at the dealership which they amended with her spec, which is why hers is here a few weeks ahead of mine as mine was a freshly allocated order.Cheers,

Just chased it up. Apparently the port is hoaching. Mines has been there well over two weeks and they said it's unlikely it will be on a ship within the next week. YawnnnnnnnHowever, my sister got her Stage 5 text/email on 5th March and she collects her car on Friday?? ...that said, it'd be typical for a bottleneck to occur just after hers had slipped over the water to the UK, haha.

I can't comment on the dates of my order progress since there was a mess up with my email/text notifications... but my sisters notifications were as follows:3rd February: Stage 3
6th March: Stage 5
19th March: Stage 7
27th March: Collection
So after a hell of a long wait, it seems like things move quite swiftly after you get that confirmed build week. I hope you get that confirmations soon mate, can only assume that your chosen dealership is bloody busy?!

Don't steal my glee from me... Although if that is the case then so be it, I've waited since the start of November, what difference will another week or two add to the whole thing. It'll hopefully give me enough time to make sure that my registration is on retention in time for collection. Every cloud n'all that.

Absolutely agree. I was a leasing virgin and this only being my second order for a brand new car in total... so learnt to do a wee bit more exploration and have a better idea which questions I should have been asking dealerships when we were looking to buy around October/November time.Cheers,
