I'm always interested to know why people sell on their R8's?

Did he just fancy a change, or did ownership have a downside?

Never seen a green one but it's on the new car options. The yellow wasn't it was a custom spec.

Heavy oil, needs to be at mileage I do an ideal as a daily and tow car then for towing track car

A few pictures of my V8 R8. Had it for just over just over 2 years and still enjoying it...

And, now with the new OEM-R8 Recaro's fitted earlier this year:

A few reasons i think, my mam has a bad back and struggled to get down into and out of the seats, with it being low.
After 2 years you start having to think about servicing and maintenance.
And he used audi finance for it, where there was a massive final balloon payment, think he paid 100k for the car and the final payment was for 50k so sold the car for 70ish if i remember rightly to pay off that balloon.
But to be honest you don't miss the performance of it that much, the RS5 is almost just as quick.. Just been sending me pictures of a M6, i'm trying to persuade him not to change manufacturers ha

My company hack, delivered to me on Monday - a week in and 1500 miles later.......

Previous car was a SE so moving to an SE Technik feels like a step upwards in terms of equipment and cabin.

Opted for the titanium leather with black dash and doors to lift the interior.

Heated front sports seats make my travels around the UK a ittle more comfortable.

Any chance you could post up a better shot of the seats? From like the wingmirror looking back at them?
