audi sat nav

hi hope someone can help.I have a audi a6 2010 reg. Why is the sat nav only loading to 84 percent

i had this problem a few times on a 2011 A4. The only solution was to repeatedly eject the disc and reinsert - used to drive me bonkers.

I expect the DVD reader is having trouble loading the data off the disk, if you have a multi-changer you could try it in a different slot perhaps?
