Potential New Car (TT Coupe) - What's It Worth?

Hi all,
First post here and first potential German motor after years of French ownership! I have the chance to buy an Audi TT Coupe 1.8 Quattro (180 version) however I'm a bit unsure on how much I should be paying for it. It's an 02 model in blue (unsure of the exact name, but it's quite a bright blue) with 68k, FSH and a recent cambelt. Ticket till end of September and Tax till end of November. Seems well loaded, full leather with heated front seats and factory satnav. From the pictures it doesn't seem like a bad car and appears to be in good order. It's currently up for £4,100 however this seems a bit steep given it's a private sale. Prices seem to vary quite widely depending on region with the cars down south holding value more. Could anyone with experience in TT's give me a ballpark figure of what it's realistically worth paying?
