Why wouldn't an Audi accessory for an A5 not fit an S-Line?

Chaps,

Boss has got a 1yr old Audi A5 S-Line Black Edition, he has seen another A5 with a bootlid spoiler (see below) which is an Audi accessory (part number 8T00716459AX).

The Audi.co.uk website says it can't be fitted to an S-Line model though, does anybody have any idea why?

S-line has a slightly different boot lid from a non S-line.

Correct, boot lid is subtly flared.
