vw polo gt 1.9 tdi (pd 130) engine troubles
Discussion
Recently having trouble with my turbo diesel polo
What happens is when I start the car the engine runs fine and the car is driveable as the engine warms up it becomes sluggish and starts billowing out white/grey smoke with no power up until it hits 3000 rpm where the car seems to run ok again
Thw car has fresh fuel, new fuel filter, new maf sensor and it isnt losing coolant
Any help is appreciated!
Cheers!!!!!
Forgot to mention if I shut the car down it will restart fine

Video not working but Id guess its a split in one of the pipes between the turbo/ intercooler and the inlet manifold ,probably after the air flow meter.
Had a diesel turbo with similar issue, lack of power and smoked heavily under acceleration. Found a split in the tubing to the inlet manifold and once sealed the smoking stopped and full boost returned.

No problem will have a look to see if there are any splits
