My favourite Audi.
The road testers will test you it understeers on the limit, an M5 is better balanced and a C63 makes a nicer noise.
But nothing moves down a real road in the real word driven by real people faster than an RS6 - Fact.

Your photo has prompted me to ask something that i have never understood. Why do people still blank out the numberplate on pictures like this ? Is there a reason ?
Not asking because i think its a silly idea, just dont understand why people do it (when you can go online and look at the numberplate at the audi dealer etc, thousands of people see the car on the road everyday).
Is there a logical reason or is this a hang up from years ago...

Stops people cloning the plates
When an RS is stolen, usually with the keys after a break in, the theaves drive it to a container port with different plates on to avoid ANPR
Plates need to match the car, so if you want plates for a red Rs6 google will find the pic and hay presto some nice plates to clone.
or
Car is going to be used for a ram raid or armed robery etc, or even just hooned arround steeling fuel and flashing speed camera's.
Can be very hard to prove to the plod that is wasnt you when they have a picture of your car, your colour with your reg on it going thourgh a speed camara at 150mph.
