VCDS to switch Octavia fog light from LHS to RHS

Is there anyone in the Cranbrook/Tunbridge Wells area who could help me switch my rear fog light from the LHS to the RHS? The bulb works fine, it just doesn't seem to get enough power. (The car was in Germany for a couple of years, so I assume it was programmed like that).
